Our rooms are priced per room per night and include breakfast and all taxes. (Based on 2 people sharing)

- Check-in is between 16:00 – 19:00
- Please check-out before 10:30
- Should you require a check-in or check-out out with these times, please let us know in advance and we will do our best to accommodate you.
- Please notify us of any special dietary requirements or allergies.
- We welcome children over 10 years of age.
- Guide dogs are welcome but we unfortunately cannot cater for pets.
- Smoking is not permitted in the house, however the terrace and grounds are available for smoking.

- We would respectfully remind guests that a reservation constitutes a binding contract. We reserve the right to make a full charge for any cancellation within 7 days of due arrival date and also for any remaining nights should you decide to discontinue your stay, if your room(s) is left unsold. The above charges only apply if we are unable to re-let the room.
